N&J Gaskets (QLD) uses Die Cutting as an effective, efficient and highly reliable method for cutting almost any material.

The quick set up associated with this process allows for the rapid production of components whilst our extensive library of ready made dies means that we have most standard (and a fair few non-standard) patterns. This results in our Die Cutting service being a very economical option for small or large batch quantities.

N&J Gasket’s Die Cutting facilities include a number of different presses capable of handling materials that range from soft rubbers, fibres and felts through to reinforced gasket sheet and even thin metal shims.

The main advantages of steel rule die cutting are its accuracy, simplicity and low tooling costs. The process creates clean cuts and won’t warp or bend materials.

N&J Gaskets can manufacture head gaskets, engine gaskets and exhaust gaskets from a range of materials including Copper, Tanged Graphite, Fibre & Oil Jointing. We are experienced at reverse engineering from samples, drawings or if required, the engine head itself. We can also produce felt seals in a range of shapes and sizes.
